Camping Information

CAMPING FACILITIES

Camping is a major part of the Freedom Bike fest experience. All campgrounds are clean and well maintained with twenty-four hour security provided by the local law enforcement Freedom Bike Fest security staff. Freedom Bike Fest also provides trash and recycling, collected daily, and portable restrooms which are cleaned daily.

ARRIVING

Freedom Bike Fest campgrounds open Friday at 12 pm. Please bear in mind that it is both illegal and unsafe to wait on the highway for the campgrounds to open. PLEASE - DO NOT COME EARLY, cars will not be allowed to wait on the highway for the gates to open. Wristband and vehicle permit required to enter campgrounds.

CAMPING RULES

  1. To camp in Camping, you must be at least 18 years old, or accompanied by a parent/guardian and have a photo ID on you at all times. Freedom Bike Fest is not designed for young children to attend.
  2. Excessive noise is never allowed in any campground. ALL GENERATORS MUST BE SHUT OFF BY 2:00 AM - NO EXCEPTIONS. Noise curfew in reserved campgrounds is 2:00 AM.
  3. Everyone arriving in a vehicle to camp at the site must have a Three-Day Concert Pass, or purchase one at the gate when they arrive.
  4. Upon arrival, Three-Day Concert Passes will be exchanged for camping wristbands, which allows you to enter the campgrounds throughout the weekend. ONLY PEOPLE WITH CAMPING WRISTBANDS ARE ALLOWED IN CAMPGROUNDS.
  5. BRING I.D. - Wristbands are used to identify adult and minor patrons. YOU WILL NEED YOUR I.D. TO PURCHASE ALCOHOL HAVE IT ON YOU AT ALL TIMES. ZERO TOLERANCE ON UNDERAGE DRINKING.
  6. People who want to camp together, please be sure to purchase your campsites together.
  7. You must arrive with your camping vehicle. Rental units cannot be "dropped off".
  8. No open fires in the campgrounds are allowed with the exception of those in a self-contained ring.
  9. No golf carts or all terrain vehicles (ATV's) are allowed on the site. If you bring one, it will be corralled for the weekend and you can pick it up when you leave.
  10. NO PETS ARE ALLOWED IN THE CAMPGROUNDS OR IN THE CONCERT AREA. PLEASE LEAVE YOUR PETS AT HOME. YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED IN THE CAMPGROUND OR CONCERT AREA IF YOU BRING YOUR PET.
  11. No kegs, beer bongs, drugs, weapons, Ryder type vans allowed in campgrounds.
  12. No beverages in glass containers may be brought into the campgrounds.
  13. All campers must check in by 10:00 pm each day. Camping wristband and vehicle permit required for campgrounds entry.
